Abstract

In contact-less sensing of temperature map of a jacket of a rotation cylindrical cement furnace the corrections of coefficient of emissivity of its surface, as well as the changes of transparency of the environment between the furnace and a measuring camera are entered into the evaluation mechanism manually. For ensuring the automatic calibration of the measuring camera there is, in thermal contact with the jacket of the cylindrical cement furnace, an immovable calibration target with contact thermometer sensor, which is connected to the evaluation mechanism. The signal from the thermometer sensor influences the calibrations constant for the measuring camera so that the data concerning the temperature on the recording device would be in accordance with the reality.<IMAGE>
