Abstract
The velocity meter is formed by the grouting point (1) with the first wire (3) passing through its centre. The one end of the first wire (3) conductively connects by means of the first joint (4) with the inner face of the grouting point (1) in the part equipped with the sharp ending (2) and closed from within by the insulating plug (5). The other end of the first wire (3) passes through the insulating grommet (6) and leads out to the voltage meter (11). The first end of the second wire (9) is connected at the same time with this voltage meter (11) and it second end conductively connects by means of the second joint (10) with the reinforced end (7) of the grouting point (1). This reinforced end (7) is equipped with the cooling ring (8). The first and second wire (3, 9) are made of the same metal material, distinct from the material of the grouting point (1). Flow velocity measurement of the blood, especially in the peripheral parts of the body, is an important aspect in disease assessment.<IMAGE>
