Abstract
The solution concerns a granular immobilised biocatalyser with activity of glucose isomerase utilizable for enzymatic isomerization of D-glucose to D-fructose or of D-fructose to D-glucose in continuous flow reactor, or in batch mixing reactor, which can be prepared by reaction of humid matter of the whole cells of the production microorganisms or thickened suspension of disintegrated cells of the production microorganisms, or water solution of raw enzymatic extract with solution of reactive, water soluble polymers, or eventually by subsequent reaction with water soluble compounds of the type of polyethylenimine or organic diamines or polyamines, or with water solution of vegetable, animal or microbial protein, or eventually by subsequent reaction with free glutaraldehyde, by separation of solid phase from the reaction mixture, mixing of the separated phase with inorganic and/or organic additives like magnesium oxide or polyethylene glycol, forming of the solid phase into the form of particles, optimally of cylindrical shape, and final drying of the particles on air at a room temperature or in temperatures up to 60 degrees C.
