Abstract

The solution concerns a granular immobilised biocatalyser with invertasic activity for enzymatic hydrolysis of saccharose to D-glucose and D-fructose in water solutions of various origin and purity degree in continuous flow reactors and immovable bed of biocatalyser particles on the one hand, and in the mixed continuous and batch reactors on the other. The catalyser can be prepared by reaction of suspension of yeast cells of Saccharomyces corovisina or Saccharomyces uvarum in water solution of microbial or animal protein or in water solution of synthetic polyamine or polyimine with water solution of reactive soluble polymer prepared by chemical reaction of water solution of a compound containing in one molecule at least two primary or secondary amino groups with dialdehyde of dicarboxylic acid, or eventually by subsequent reaction created cellular aggregates with glutaraldehyde, by separation of solid phase by filtration or centrifugation, suspending of the solid phase in water solution of saccharose or inorganic salts, optimally potassium chloride, repeated separation of solid phase, forming of particles of suitable shape and size and finally their drying on air at a temperature up to +60 degrees C.
