Abstract
It solves zone arrangement of gradual cooling of the continuous tempering furnace with the controlled atmosphere. In order to equalize temperature in the zone of gradual cooling of the continuous tempering furnace with the controlled atmosphere, a shield (4) from a refractory plate is mounted in front of the radiant pipe (1) along both sides of the cooling area (2) towards the charge (3) in the height of the charge (3), while a board (5) from fibrous refractory thermal insulation is attached to the refractory plate on the side towards the charge (3). The burner (8) with a stabilizing head (9) is arranged in the lower area (6) of the radiant pipe (1) and it is equipped in the position of the stabilizing head (9) with a ceramic packing (10).<IMAGE>
