Abstract

Zobjemněná osnovni pletenina obsahuje nejméně dvě nitové soustavy pro základ pleteniny s nejméně jednou výplnkovou soustavou niti, které tvoři mezi alespoň některými řádky pleteniny příčně orientované úseky ze spojovacích prvků a podélně orientované spojovací úseky ve směru sloupků pleteniny. Tyto podélně orientované spojovací úseky jsou pevně vázány ve všech nebo v některých řádcích pleteniny spojovacími kličkami základní soustavy nití, se kterými tvoří dvojice oblouků, vystupující ve směru sloupků oček na rubní straně pleteniny.The bulked basic knitted fabric contains at least two thread systems for the basis of the knitted fabric with at least one filler thread system, which forms between at least some rows of the knitted fabric transversely oriented sections of connecting elements and longitudinally oriented connecting sections in the direction of the posts of the knitted fabric. Mezi konstrukční prvky osnovních pletařských vazeb možno zařadit různá kladení výplňkových nití, například kladení pouze pod jehlami, u kterého nitě probíhají pod jedním nebo pod více očky, aniž by tvořila očka, přičemž kladení pod jehlami je vázáno spojovacími kličkami základní vazby. Účel tohoto druhu výplňku spočívá v zesílení a vyztužení osnovní pleteniny, podobně jako u útkového kladení, kde výplňkové nitě probíhají pod očky celého řádku a jsou vázány rovněž spojovacími kličkami základní vazby. Ani v tomto případě nevznikají z útkového kladení očka. Z uvedených konstrukčních prvků vznikly speciální druhy vazeb osnovních výplňkových pletenin, u kterých je základ vytvořen ze střídavého nebo postupného kladení a efekt, vesměs na rubní straně z výplňkových nití, kladených pouze pod jehlami v plném nebo vzorovém návleku s jednoduchým nebo dvojitým základem v některém ze základních kladení. Do této skupiny vazeb osnovních pletenin se počítají také tzv. výplňkové lehké pleteniny, jejichž typickou charakteristikou je prostup výplňkových nití na lícní stranu pleteniny mezi sloupky oček pod spojovací kličky základu, což představuje imitaci podélně žebrovaného vzoru v pletenině. Jsou rovněž známé osnovní pleteniny s plastickým vzorem na základě vzorového kladení pouze pod jehlami, které se uplatňují hlavně v kombinaci s barevným vzorovým návlekem nití v oblasti diagonálního a přesazeného vzorování.The structural elements of warp knitting weaves include various filling yarn placements, for example, placement only under the needles, in which the yarns run under one or more stitches without forming stitches, and the placement under the needles is tied with the connecting loops of the basic weave. This group of warp knits also includes so-called filling light knits, whose typical characteristic is the penetration of filling threads to the front side of the knit between the columns of stitches under the connecting loops of the base, which represents an imitation of a longitudinally ribbed pattern in the knit. Warp knits with a plastic pattern based on pattern laying only under the needles are also known, which are mainly used in combination with a colored patterned thread covering in the area of diagonal and offset patterns.

Základní myšlenkou vynálezu je speciální vazební řešení, kterým je možno rozšířit známý sortiment osnovních pletenin, a to cestou vhodného využití niťových výplňkových soustav. Ke splnění tohoto cíle směřuje zobjemněná osnovní pletenina, jejíž základ je vytvořen z nejméně dvou niťových soustav, doplněný nejméně jednou výplňkovou soustavou nití. Podstata řešení spočívá v tom, že nitě alespoň jedné výplňkové soustavy tvoří mezi alespoň některými řádky pleteniny příčně orientované kratší nebo delší úseky ze spojovacích prvků ve směru řádků a mezi nimi podélně orientované spojovací úseky, probíhající ve směru sloupků oček. Podmínkou pro vytvoření vzoru na rubní straně pleteniny je pevné zavázání podélně orientovaných spojovacích úseků ve všech nebo alespoň v některých řádcích pleteniny spojovacími kličkami základní soustavy nití, se kterými tvoří dvojice zřetelně vystupujících oblouků, vystupujících ve směru sloupků oček. Dalšího zpevnění nití výplňkové soustavy možno dosáhnout jejich zapletením do zdvojených společných oček spolu s nitěmi základní soustavy alespoň v některých řádcích pleteniny, čímž jsou dvojice oblouků z podélně orientovaných spojovacích úseků a spojovacích kliček základní soustavy nití položeny jednotně stejným směrem.The basic idea of the invention is a special weaving solution, which can expand the known assortment of warp knitted fabrics, by appropriate use of thread filling systems. The condition for creating a pattern on the wrong side of the knitted fabric is the firm binding of the longitudinally oriented connecting sections in all or at least in some rows of the knitted fabric by the connecting loops of the basic system of threads, with which they form pairs of clearly protruding arches, protruding in the direction of the columns of stitches. Further reinforcement of the filling system threads can be achieved by interweaving them into doubled common stitches together with the basic system threads in at least some rows of the knitted fabric, whereby pairs of arcs from longitudinally oriented connecting sections and connecting loops of the basic system threads are laid uniformly in the same direction.

SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION .

A bulk warp knitted fabric, composed of at least two yarn systems in the base of the knitted fabric and of at least one filling yarn system, characterized in that the yarns of at least one filling system form, between at least some rows, transversely oriented sections /1/ of connecting elements and longitudinally oriented connecting sections /2/ in the direction of the columns of the knitted fabric, the longitudinally oriented connecting sections /2/ being firmly bound in at least some rows by connecting loops /3, 3'/ of the basic yarn system, with which they form pairs of arches, projecting in the direction of the columns of stitches on the negative side of the knitted fabric.

2. A bulk warp knitted fabric according to item 1, characterized in that the yarns of at least one filling system form, with the yarns of the basic system, double stitches /4/ in some rows.
