Abstract
Vodovzdorný teploizolační materiál má malou objemovou hmotnost, vysokou pevnost při otlačení a malý koeficient tepelné vodivosti. Obsahuje 30 - 55 % vodní roztok silikátu sodného a pevný silikát sodný od 60 do 94 %, borax od 1 do 20 % a perlit od 5 do 20 %. Metoda spočívá v následujícím: k vodnímu roztoku silikátu sodného se přidává pevný silikát sodný, borax a perlit (nebo jiný materiál obsahujíoí amorfní kysličník křemičitý). Ohřívá se do teploty od 80 do 250°0 ve vodní lázni nebo v autoklávu do získáni homogenní směsi s obsahem vody 15 - 60 %. Získaný produkt zpevňují při teplotách od 500 do 700 °C v předehřátých kovových formách natřených fosfátem kovu nebo v jiných uzavřených prostorách zajištujících vnější tvary teploizolačníoh výrobků. Ohřívání se provádí v elektrických pecích nebo v peoíoh vytápěných tekutým nebo plynovým palivem nebo ve vysokofrekvenčním poli. Hotové výrobky se„ochlazují na teplotu 20 až 50 BC a uvolňují se.The waterproof thermal insulation material has a low bulk density, high compressive strength and a low coefficient of thermal conductivity. It contains 30-55% aqueous solution of sodium silicate and solid sodium silicate from 60 to 94%, borax from 1 to 20% and perlite from 5 to 20%. The method consists in the following: solid sodium silicate, borax and perlite (or other material containing amorphous silicon dioxide) are added to the aqueous solution of sodium silicate. It is heated to a temperature of 80 to 250°C in a water bath or in an autoclave until a homogeneous mixture with a water content of 15-60%. The obtained product is solidified at temperatures of 500 to 700°C in preheated metal molds coated with metal phosphate or in other closed spaces ensuring the external shapes of thermal insulation products. Heating is carried out in electric furnaces or in furnaces heated with liquid or gas fuel or in a high-frequency field. The finished products are cooled to a temperature of 20 to 50 °C and released.
