Abstract

Řešení se vztahuje k opravám lodí. Cílem řešení je snížení obtížnosti opravy kormidelního zařízení s přírubovým spojem. Způsob opravy spočívá v tom, že je centrován kormidelní pen a otočný čep společně s ploutví kormidla, jejich od- centrovaná poloha je fixována s mezerou mezi jejich sdruženými povrchy. Mezera je zaplněna samotuhnoucím polymerovým materiálem a přírubová spojení je ohnuto podle vrstvy ztvrdlého polymerového materiálu, přičemž před zaplněním mezery je · otočeno kormidlo, změřena síla působící na kormidlový pen a její hodnota je srovnána s přípustnou hodnotou pro daný typ lodě.The solution relates to ship repairs. The aim of the solution is to reduce the difficulty of repairing the steering system with a flange joint. The repair method consists in centering the steering pen and the pivot together with the rudder fin, their centered position being fixed with a gap between their mating surfaces. The gap is filled with the self-curing polymer material and the flange connections are bent according to the layer of hardened polymer material, wherein before the gap is filled, the rudder is rotated, the force exerted on the rudder pen is measured, and its value is compared to the permissible value for that type of ship.
