Abstract

Riešenie sa týká skíučovadla a rieši tělesné vytvorenie jeho radiálnych vedení a upínacích prvkov. Podstatou riešenia je, že radiálně vedenia upínacích prvkov skíučovadla v základnom telese majú tvar rybinovej drážky rozšlrujúcej sa do základného telesa a upínacie prvky majú vytvorenú zasúvaciu časť tvaru rybinovej koíajnice, pričom dvojice vodiaclch plůch radiálneho vedenia a dvojice vodiacich rovin zasúvacej časti upínacích prvkov zvierajú rovnaký uhol rybiny. Riešeie skíučovadla umožňuje zvýšit také parametre, akýmí sú maximálně přípustné bezpečné otáčky, přesnost a tuhost skíučovadla ako i jeho rozměry zmenšit najma v axiálnom smere.The solution concerns a wrench and solves the physical design of its radial guides and clamping elements. The essence of the solution is that the radial guides of the clamping elements of the wrench in the base body have the shape of a dovetail groove extending into the base body and the clamping elements have a formed insertion part in the shape of a dovetail rail, while the pairs of guide surfaces of the radial guide and the pairs of guide planes of the insertion part of the clamping elements form the same dovetail angle. The solution of the wrench allows to increase such parameters as the maximum permissible safe speed, accuracy and rigidity of the wrench as well as to reduce its dimensions, especially in the axial direction.
