Abstract
Zariadenie slúži pre automatickú manipuláciu s medzipaletami v horizontálnem a vertikálnom smere pri ich plnění, resp. vyprázdňovaní spolupracujúcim manipulač- ným zariadením obrohkov. Činnost paletového manipulátora je riešená riadiacím systémom. Description
Zariadenie slúži pre automatickú manipuláciu s medzipaletami v horizontálnom a vertikálnom smere pri ich plnění, resp. vyprázdňovaní spolupracujúcim manipulačným zariadením obrobkov. Činnost paletového manipulátora je riešená riadiacim systémom. Vynález je možné realizovat pri stavbě automatizovaných technologických pracovísk, automatizovaných výrobných liniek a automatizovaných výrobných systémov.

Vynález sa týká paletového manipulátora na automatickú manipuláciu s medzipaletami, ktoré so základnou paletou tvoria systémová paletu.
Doteraz známe zariadeinie zhřňač nakladač rieši problém manipulácie s medzipaletami len vo vertikálnom smere pohybu s mechanickým vyhřňaním a nahřňaním obrobikov v jednej horizontálnej rovině. Vyhřňanie obrobkov z medzipalety, resp. ich nahřňanie na medzipaletu je riešené zložitým mechanicko-hydraulickým systémom a oběžnými dopravníkmi. Riadenie činnosti zariadenia si vyžaduje množstvo snímacích prvkov jeho stavu a polohy obrobkov s požiadavkov na vysoké technické parametre riadiaceho systému. Nevýhodou uvedeného zariadenia je zvýšená časová náročnost na výměnu medzipaliet, vysoké náklady na výrobu, prevádzku a údržbu, ktoré spolu s oběžnými dopravníkmi kladů vysoiké nároky na výrobně plochy. Konštrukčné prevedenie ďalej umožňuje manipuláciu so systémovou paletou, ktorá je zložená z'obmedzeného počtu medzipaliet.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje paletový manipulátor podía vynálezu, ktorého podstata je v tom, že paletový manipulátor automaticky manipuluje s jednotlivými medzipaletami systémovej palety vo vertikálnom i horizontálnom smere, čím umožňuje vyprázdňovanie a plnenie medzipaliet obrobkami v definovanej rovině. Paletový manipulátor sa skládá zo základného portálu na stojanoch, po ktorom sa pohybuje horizontálny vozík. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pallet manipulator for automatically handling pallets that form a system pallet with a base pallet.
So far, the known bucket loader solves the problem of handling the pallets only in the vertical direction of movement with the mechanical heating and warming of the workpieces in one horizontal plane. Heating the workpieces from the pallet, respectively. their loading on the inter-pallet is solved by a complex mechanical-hydraulic system and circulating conveyors. Controlling the operation of the device requires a number of sensor elements of its condition and the position of the workpieces with the requirements for high technical parameters of the control system. The disadvantage of this device is the increased time required for the interchange of the pallets, the high costs of production, operation and maintenance, which together with the roller conveyors high demands on the production area. Furthermore, the structural embodiment allows the handling of the system pallet, which is composed of a limited number of pallets.
