Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov. Podstatou riešenia je, že na vedeniach je uložená ovládaná čeíusť a vlečná čelusť. Čeíuste majú oproti sebe vytvořené vybrania pre uloženie dávkovaného predmetu. Ovládaná čelusť je opatřená strmeňom s vytvořeným dorazom. Na Iréme zariadenia je uložený prestavltelný doraz korešpondujúci s vlečnou čelusťou.The solution relates to a positioning device and dispensing articles. Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov. Podstatou riešenia je, že na vedeniach je uložená ovládaná čeíusť a vlečná čeíusť. Čeíuste majú oproti sebe vytvořené vybrania pre uloženie dávkovaného predmetu. Ovládaná čeíusť je opatřená strmeňom s vytvořeným dorazom. Na Iréxne zariadenia je uložený prestavlteíný doraz korešpondujúci s vlečnou čelusťou.

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov, například tabliet do válcových dutin alebo na plochu pod úrovňou přívodu tablety.

Doteraz známe dávkovacie zariadenia sú riešené tak, že tableta je dopravovaná na miesto dávkovania vo valcovej objímke, kde je uložená s vůlou. V priebehu dopravy sa tableta šmýka po podložke. Čeluste majú oproti sebe vytvořené vybrania pre uložehíft,j3áyko.vaaého predmetu. Ovládaná čelusť je opatřená strmeftom s vytvořeným dorazom. Na fréme zariadenia je uložený prestavitelný doraz korešpondujúci s vlečnou čelusťou. Výhodou zariadenia na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov je, že predmet po dopravení na požadované miesto vypadne z čelustí zvisle a presne.

Zariadenie na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov je příkladné znázorněné na pri- pojenom výkrese, kde na obr. 1 je nakreslené zariadenie v náryse a na obr. 2 je nakreslené zariadenie v půdoryse.

Zariadenie na polohovanie a dávkovanie predmetov pozostáva z čeluste 1 ovládanej prostredníctvom piestnice 3 ovládanej jednotky a vlečnej čeluste 4. Čeluste 1, 4 majú oproti sebe vytvořené vybranie, ktorého velkost spolu s vůlou a medzi čeusťami 1, 4 sa rovná priemeru dávkovaného predmetu. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for positioning and dispensing articles, e.g.

So far known dispensing devices are designed so that the tablet is conveyed to the dispensing site in the cylindrical sleeve where it is supported with clearance. During transport, the tablet is slipped over the mat. When the tablet exits the pad before the dosing point into the cylindrical cavity, the tablet has a length / diameter ratio of <1 and a corresponding clearance in the collar so that the tablet does not fall out of the collar. In order to prevent the tablet from falling out, the sleeve is divided into two halves that open at the dispensing site. This releases the tablet from the sleeve, but does not fall out coaxially and rises in the cavity into which the tablet is dispensed. If it is fed on a flat surface, the tablet will not take the exact position.

The aforementioned disadvantages are alleviated and the technical problem is solved by a device for positioning and dispensing articles, the principle of which is that a controlled jaw and a trailing jaw are mounted on the lines. The jaws have recesses formed opposite to each other to accommodate each other object. The controlled jaw is equipped with a caster with a stop. An adjustable stop corresponding to the trailing jaw is mounted on the device frame. The advantage of the device for positioning and dispensing objects is that the object falls out of the jaws vertically and precisely upon delivery to the desired location.

The device for positioning and dispensing articles consists of a jaw 1 controlled by a piston rod 3 of the actuated unit and a trailing jaw 4.
