Doteraz známe ultrazvukové zariadenie na miešanie a homogenizáciu kvapalín pracujú tak, že spracovávaná kvapalina priebežne obtéká pracovný nástroj a následné vytéká z pracovnej nádoby. Nedostatkom týchto zariadení je, že sa dosahuje nízká homogenita spracovávanej kvapaliny, nedosahuje sa odstránenie roznych zhlukov v spracovávanej kvapaline, preto je ipotrebné ju viackrát preháňat cez pracovnú nádobu, čím sa podstatné predížuje doba spracovania.So far known ultrasonic devices for mixing and homogenizing liquids work in such a way that the treated liquid bypasses the working tool continuously and then flows out of the working vessel. Po rozkmitaní ultrazvukového meniča 1 začne sa prívodmi 5 privádzať kvapalina, ktorá prechodom cez pracovnú medzeru 9 a sieťku 3 sa dokonale zmieša na potrebnú emulziu, alebo suspenziu.
