Vynález sa týká ultrazvukového zariadenia na kontinuálně miešanie a homogenizáciu kvapalín.The invention relates to an ultrasonic device for continuously mixing and homogenizing liquids.
Doteraz známe ultrazvukové zariadenie na miešanie a homogenizáciu kvapalín pracujú tak, že spracovávaná kvapalina priebežne obtéká pracovný nástroj a následné vytéká z pracovnej nádoby. Nedostatkom týchto zariadení je, že sa dosahuje nízká homogenita spracovávanej kvapaliny, nedosahuje sa odstránenie různých zhlukov v spracovávanej kvapaline, preto je ipotrebné ju viackrát preháňat cez pracovnu nádobu, čím sa podstatné predížuje doba spracovania.The prior art ultrasonic mixing and homogenizing devices operate in such a way that the liquid to be processed flows around the working tool and then flows out of the working vessel. Vyššie uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje a technický problém rieši ultrazvukové zariadenie na kontinuálně miešanie a homogenizáciu kvapalín podl'a vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že výstupný kanál je menšieho priemeru, ako je priemer činnej časti ultrazvukového meniča, alebo jeho pracovného nástroja. Výstupný kanál je opatřený pevne sieťkou. Výhodné je odrazová plocha uložená v pracovnej nádobě prestavitefne.
