Vynález sa zaoberá spůsobom plnenia, doplňania a vyprázdňovania kvapalinových meračov tlaku a podtlaku. The present invention relates to a method of filling, filling and emptying liquid pressure and vacuum meters.

When filling the liquid pressure and vacuum meters, the U-tube evacuation method is used, followed by the discharge of the fluid (most often mercury) into the system thus prepared. It is often the case that even after the liquid has been completely filled, it will entrain gaseous microbubbles with them, which gradually remove vacuum in the second closed U-tube arm, thereby reducing measurement accuracy. In order to measure correctly, the fluid must be filled to the desired value, instead of the gas leaked, in the closed space of the second U-tube arm. The present method is that the U-tube is emptied and refilled in the above manner.

When using liquid pressure and vacuum gauges over time, the inner walls of the U-tube become dirty especially at the manometric dosing of gases, resulting in a reduction in accuracy or measurement. To overcome this drawback, the U-tube must be emptied to remove the buildup. Emptying, given that it is a vacuum system, needs to be spilled several times.

The aforementioned drawbacks are avoided, according to which the method of filling, refilling and emptying the liquid pressure and vacuum meter is characterized in that a capillary tube connected through a vacuum or inert gas safety vessel is inserted at the end of its closed arm into a meter filled or partially filled with liquid. and, under vacuum to 0 Pa or an inert gas up to 0.2 MPa, the meter is filled or emptied.

The capillary may be made of a plastic or metal of a diameter such that it passes through the narrowest point in the U-tube.

The higher effect manifests itself in the elimination of the elongation according to the prior art, by using mercury as a filler, the effect of poisoning on the human organism is avoided, allowing the simultaneous filling and emptying of several U-tubes of reflection by one worker and allowing replenishment without prior emptying.

A particular application of the invention can be illustrated as follows: The filling process is such that the measuring liquid can be poured first into the U-tube. Then the capillary tube is inserted through the open end to its closed end, connected through a safety vessel at the vacuum pump, and a gas up to 0 Pa is sucked out of the liquid above the second closed arm. When this value is reached, the capillary tube is withdrawn from the meter (U-tube j and is ready to measure.

When, after a certain period of time, particularly in the case of manometric gas dispensers, the liquid in the second arm of the U-tube is dropped, the liquid filling is carried out by inserting the capillary through the liquid medium into the free space in the second arm of the meter and connecting it through the vacuum vessel on the vacuum pump. The gas is evacuated from the space until the pressure above the liquid drops to 0 Pa. Then the capillary tube is withdrawn and the meter thus prepared can be used for its purpose.

Vyprázdňovanie sa robí vsunutím kapilárky cez kvapalné médium do uzavretého ramena merača a zapojením na stlačený inertný plyn s tlakom max. 0,2 MPa.Emptying is done by inserting the capillary through the liquid medium into a closed meter arm and connecting it to a compressed inert gas at a pressure of max. 0.2 MPa.

Spósob podlá vynálezu je možné použit pri plnění, doplňaní a vyprázdňovaní barometrov, vákuometrov a inanometrických dávkovačov plynov. The method according to the invention can be used for filling, refilling and emptying barometers, vacuum meters and inanometric gas dispensers.
