Abstract

Dostrekovacia, či predstrekovaeia kabina, použitelná najma ako sftčasť linky pre elektrostatické nanášanie práškových hmot, pozostávajúca z nanášaeej komory, opatrenej manipulačným otvorom ako· aj vstupnou štrbinou, výstupnou štrbřnou a hornou, dopravníkovou štrbřnou. Riešeným problémom je vytvorenie takých odsávacích pomerov v kabině, ktoré by zaručovali podstatné zníženie prašnosti. To sa dosahuje tým, že nanášacřa komora je z protilahlej strany manipulačného otvoru spojená s univerzáínou filtračnou jednotkou, manipuíačný otvor je ofaojstranne opatřený zvislou otočnou klapkou, vstupná štrbina, ako aj výstupná štrfrina sú opatřené zvislými a v horizontálnom vedení posuvné usporiadanými clonami, dopravníková štrbina je opatřená dvomi, zrkadlovito usporiadanými, nastavitelnými clonovými lištami, v dolnej časti nanášaeej komory je urniestnená excentrická spádová plocha, ktorá je na svojom výsypnom otvore opatřená tesniacim a spojovacím hrdlom so zhernou nádobou.A post-spraying or pre-spraying booth, usable mainly as part of a line for electrostatic powder coating, consisting of a coating chamber, equipped with a handling opening as well as an inlet slot, an outlet slot and an upper, conveyor slot.
