Abstract
Riešenie sa týká spájania nábytkových dielcov v lubovol.no,m smere. Podstata riešenia spočívá v tom, že spoj je riešený pomocou uzlovej vložky o priereze v tvare n-uholníka, kde n sa rovná 3 až κ, ktorá je opatřená predíženými maticami s kuželovou hlavou. Predížené matice sú usporiadané po obvode uzlovej vložky kolmo· .na jej rovinné plochy. Do každej predlženej matice je naskrutkované tiahlo usporiadané v drážke došky. Túto konštrukciu spoja možno využit pri výrobě roznych typov nábytku a vo výtvarníctve.The solution relates to joining furniture parts in lubno.no, m direction. Riešenie sa týká spájania nábytkových dielcov v lubovotnom smere.
Podstata riešenia spočívá v tom, že spoj je riešený pomocou uzlovej vložky o priereze v tvare n-uholníka, kde n sa rovná 3 až k, ktorá je opatřená predíženými maticami s kuželovou hlavou. Predížené matice sú usporiadané po obvode uzlovej vložky kolmo· na jej rovinné plochy. Do každej predlženej matice je naskrutkované tiahlo usporiadané v drážke došky. Túto konštrukciu spoja možno využiť pri výrobě roznych typov nábytku a vo výtvarníctve.

Vynález sa týká spájania dielcov nábytkových zostáv- a rieši ním problém jednoduché} montáže dielcov v fubovofnom smere..
Do-teraz existuje niekoíko spňsobov spájania nábytkových dielcov, váčšinou sa však používajú len fixné lepené spoje křížové umožňujúce odklon dvoch dielcov o uhol 90°. Používajú sa i demontovatelné spoje, u ktorých sú využité špeciálne a drahé kovania, pričom tieto spoje nézaručujú takú pevnos·, aká je u výrobku požadovaná a sú přitom náročné na pracnost' pri výrobě a montáži.
Existuje i sposob Spájania dielcov pomocou predlžených matic, ktorými sú opatřené vertikálně dielce nábytku a tiahel usporiadaných v drážkách horizontálnych dielcov, pričom tiahla sú na koncoch opotřebované závitom, pomocou ktorého sú zaskrutkované do predlžených matic, čím je vytvořený dostatočne tuhý spoj. Určitým nedostatková tohto riešenia je, že umožňuje spájať dielce iba v horizontálnom a vertikálnem smere, čo zmenšuje šířku použitia tohto sposobu spájania.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje konštrukcia spoja vhodného najma pre spájanie nábytkových dielcov, ktorej podstata spočívá v tom, že pozostáva z uzlovej vložky o priereze v tvare n-uholníka, kde n sa rovná 3 až k, ktorá je opatřená predíženými maticami s kuželovou hlavou. Predížené matice sú uspe-riadané po obvode uzlovej vložky kolmo na jej rovinné plochy. Do každej predíženej matice je naskrutkované tiahlo usporiadané v drážke došky.
Spoj, ktorý je predmeíom ochrany umožňuje, okrem spájania dielcov usporiadaných v horizontálně] a vo vertikálnej rovině, aj spájanie dielcov usporiadaných v rubovol’nej rovině. Teda okrem tradičných dvoj-, troj- a štvorsmerných spojov s uh-lami odklonu priečok 90° a 1803 je možné týmto spojom zabezpečiť odklon priečok pod iným 01 4 uhlom hlavně 120°, ktoré riešenia je velmi vhodné pri zhotovovaní trojnohých podstavných elementov, sedacieho, alebo stolového nábytku, připadne pri tvorbě skeletu šesťuholníkových korpusov velmi póso-bivých aj ako sólo jednotky, ale aj na sposob roznych zoskupení. Riešenia spoja dává, pri použití malého počtu unifikovaných prvkov vysokú variabilitu, estetickú i disproporčnú, pričom výrobky 1'ahko sú montovatelné a demontovatelné. Příklad prevedenia spoja podfa vynálezu je schematicky znázorněný na připojených výkresoch, kde na obr. 1 je zakreslené použitie pri usporiadaní priečok krížne vo vertikálnej a horizontálnej rovině. Na obr. 2 je znázorněný detail spoja pri vzájomnom odklone priečok uhol 1203 a na obr. 3 je nakreslená zostava, u ktorej je využitie spoja, ktorý je predmetom ochrany.
Nová konštrukcia spoja pozostáva z uzlovej vložky 4, ktorej priečný prierez je napr. v tvare štvoruholníka, šesťuholníka a pod. Do uzlovej vložky 4 sú vložené predížené matice 3 s kuželovou hlavou usporiadané po obvode uzlovej vložky 4 kolmo- na rovinné plochy. Do každej predlženej matice je naskrutkované tiahlo 2, so závitom na obidvoch koncoch, a to- jedným pravým a druhým 1'avým, prostredníctvom ktorého je uzlová časť 4 spojená so susednou uzlovou častou 4. Tiahla sú vložené do drážky vyfrézovanej v doske 1. Příkladný postup montáže zostavy, ktorej je využitá nová konštrukcia spoja je nasledovný: Najprv sa uzlové časti 4 opatria predíženými maticami 3, do ktorých sa potom naskrutkujú tiahla, 2 -a na tieto- ulo-žia priečky 1 a nakoniec sa spoj dotiahne.
Navrhovaná konštrukcia spoja je využitelná pri výrobě roznych typov nábytku, vo výtvarníctve a pod.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] The invention relates to the connection of furniture assembly parts and solves the problem of simple assembly of parts in a flux direction.
Up to now, there are several ways of joining furniture parts, but only fixed glued cross joints are used, allowing two parts to be offset by an angle of 90 °. Demountable joints are also used, where special and expensive fittings are used, and these joints do not guarantee the strength required for the product and are labor intensive in manufacturing and assembly.
There is also a method of connecting the parts by means of elongated nuts, which are provided vertically with furniture pieces and rods arranged in the grooves of the horizontal parts, the rods being worn at the ends by means of which they are screwed into the elongated nuts, whereby a sufficiently rigid joint is formed. A certain drawback of this solution is that it allows the parts to be joined only in the horizontal and vertical directions, which reduces the width of the use of this joining method.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the construction of a joint particularly suitable for joining furniture parts, which consists in that it consists of a nodal element with a cross-section in the form of an angle, where n is equal to 3 to k, which is provided with tapered head nuts. Crossed matrices are controlled along the perimeter of the node insert perpendicular to its planar surfaces. Each rod is screwed into a rod which is arranged in a groove of thatch.
The connection, which is the object of protection, allows, in addition to the joining of the parts arranged horizontally and in the vertical plane, the joining of the parts arranged in the right plane. Thus, in addition to the traditional double, triple and four-way connections with 90 ° and 1803 bar deflections, it is possible to use this joint to divert the barrels under a different 01 4 angle mainly of 120 °, which is very suitable for making triple base elements, sitting, or table furniture, as a solo unit, but also in a variety of configurations, when creating a skeleton of hexagonal corpora. The joint solutions give high variability, aesthetic and disproportionate, using a small number of unified elements, while the products are easy to mount and dismantle. An exemplary embodiment of the connection according to the invention is schematically illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein in Fig. 1 the use in the arrangement of partitions crosses in a vertical and horizontal plane. Fig. 2 shows the joint detail with the angle 1203 mutually diverging from one another and Fig. 3 shows an assembly in which the joint which is the object of protection is utilized.
The new joint construction consists of a knot 4 whose cross section is, for example, in the form of a quadrilateral, a hexagon and the like. Into the knot insert 4 are inserted tapered head nuts 3 arranged around the periphery of the knot 4 perpendicular to the planar surfaces. A rod 2 is threaded into each elongate nut, with a thread at both ends and one right and another, by means of which the knot part 4 is connected to an adjacent nodal part 4. The rods are inserted into a groove milled in the plate 1. Exemplary the assembly procedure of the assembly to which the new joint design is utilized is as follows: First, the nodal parts 4 are provided with the extended nuts 3 into which the rods 2 -a are then screwed to the rails 1 and finally the joint is tightened.
The proposed construction of the joint is usable in the production of various types of furniture, in the art and the like.
