Description
Vynález se týká fyziologicky aktivní složky kosmetických a léčebných prostředků.The invention relates to a physiologically active ingredient of cosmetic and therapeutic compositions.
Do skupiny látek podporujících regeneraci kůže patří zvláště hormonální preparáty, proteolytické enzymy a případně přírodní polysacharidy.Physiologically active substances support the regeneration of the skin or provide improved nutrition. In particular, hormone preparations, proteolytic enzymes and, optionally, natural polysaccharides belong to the group of skin regeneration promoters.
Mezi složky zajištující zlepšenou výživu pokožky v první řadě patří vitamíny, bílkoviny, peptidy, aminokyseliny a látky lipidické povahy, jako jsou steroly, esenciální mastné kyseliny a j.Ingredients providing improved skin nutrition primarily include vitamins, proteins, peptides, amino acids and lipid substances such as sterols, essential fatty acids, and others.
For example, compositions for pharmaceutical, dermatopharmaceutical or cosmetic use containing peptides / mol are known. weight 10,000 to 60,000 (obtained by hydrolysis of elastin). No. 2723 908) or the use of peptides / mol. weight 300-500 (obtained by hydrolyzing collagen or gelatin containing substances for cosmetic purposes (British Patent No. 1590,656)).
V kosmetice se používají také aminokyseliny /japonský patent č. 56 16766/ a je zvláště zdůrazněna úloha esenciálních a poloesenciálních aminokyselin při rychlejším zajizvení ran /britský patent č. 20 82 911/.Amino acids are also used in cosmetics (Japanese Patent No. 5616766) and the role of essential and semi-essential amino acids in faster wound scarring is particularly emphasized (British Patent No. 20 82 911).
Jako kosmetické preparáty se používají tepelně upravené /203 až 298 °C/ bílkovinné odpady z potravinářského průmyslu /japonský patent č. 56 164 117/ a další látky, jako např. glykolipidy /USA patent č. 42 97340/ nebo fosfolipidy spolu s ubichinony /franc. patent č. 24 723 84/.Heat treated (203 to 298 ° C) protein wastes from the food industry (Japanese Patent No. 56,164,117) and other substances such as glycolipids (US Patent No. 42,97340) or phospholipids together with ubiquinones are used as cosmetic preparations. franc. No. 24,723,884.
The active ingredients may comprise desoxyribonucleic acids and / or their grafts from Bifidobacterium (NSR Patent No. 302 43 18). The subject of the patent are the cultivation conditions and the composition of creams containing up to 10 ΐ of this active substance.
Je také známé využití polysacharidů z biomasy Scherotinium roelfsií /USA patent číslo 365 9025/ a využiti fenol-vodné extrakce materiálu obsahujícího kvasničné stány s použitím extraktu ve farmacii /NSR patent č. 245 2303/.It is also known to utilize polysaccharides from the biomass of Scherotinium roelfies (U.S. Pat. No. 365 9025) and the use of phenol-aqueous extraction of yeast-containing material using pharmaceutical extract (German Patent No. 245 2303).
In all cases, it involves the use of one more or less purified component of biological material, often of rather exclusive origin. This situation reflects the fact that so far it has not been possible to utilize the action of all the described (and other) components simultaneously because of the poorly known physiological action and mainly due to the mutual inactivation of the components of the multicomponent mixture as a result of artificial mixing. Also, the high cost and complex preparation of some preparations prevent them from spreading more widely.
These drawbacks are overcome by the physiologically active ingredient of cosmetic and therapeutic compositions, characterized in that it consists of a mixture of biologically active substances obtained by crushing yeast cells in an aqueous suspension at a concentration of 3 to 20% by weight. and then centrifuging and washing the sediment with water or a weak lye at pH 6.0 to 8.5 and concentrating it.
The advantage of the process according to the invention is the possibility to use all active ingredients as a whole without their inactivation, which leads to synergism of their action on the tissues and furthermore the possibility to obtain the whole complex of active substances from the available raw material by a not complicated process. The process of the invention treat cells of yeast or bacteria in such a way that all undesirable biomass components are separated and the availability and activity of substances useful for the skin is increased.
Produkt získaný podle vynálezu obsahuje vitamíny skupiny B, aminokyseliny, ergosterol a jiné steroly. Produkt vykazuje mírnou enzymatickou aktivitu, zvláště proteolytickou a lipolytickou a výrazný vliv na urychlení regenerace pokožky.The product obtained according to the invention comprises Group B vitamins, amino acids, ergosterol and other sterols. The product shows mild enzymatic activity, especially proteolytic and lipolytic, and has a significant effect on accelerating skin regeneration.
