Řešeni se týká kompozic citlivých na světlo pro výrobu dielektriokých vrstev, mikroobvodů na silných vrstvách a na keramických podložkách při použiti sítotisku. Cílem řešeni je zvýšení rozlišovací schopnosti kompozice citlivé na světlo a zlepšeni jejích reologických charakteristik.
