Abstract
Odlévané kolo dopravního prostředku z polymeru nebo jiného materiálu pro odléváni obsahuje ráfek pro upevnění pneumatiky a disk a výstužnými žebry a otvory ve střední části k upevněni kola na náboj automobilu. Disk se skládá ze dvou kuželových koncentrických povrchů obrácených základnami na opačné strany a spojených trubkovým mezilehlým výztužným žebrem. Výztužné žebro prochází axiálně a určuje rozměry náboje v radiálním směru. Přitom je výztužné žebro spojeno se středem disku pomocí vyatužovaoích sektorů, které mají v příčném řezu tvar H a jsou umístěny mezi upevňovacími otvory. S ráfkem kola je vyztužovací žebro spojeno pomooi sektorů, které mají v příčném řezu tvar H.A cast wheel of a vehicle made of polymer or other casting material comprises a rim for mounting a tire and a disc and reinforcing ribs and holes in the central part for mounting the wheel to the hub of a car. The disc consists of two conical concentric surfaces facing with their bases to opposite sides and connected by a tubular intermediate reinforcing rib. The reinforcing rib extends axially and determines the dimensions of the hub in the radial direction. The reinforcing rib is connected to the center of the disc by means of reinforcing sectors which have an H-shape in cross section and are located between the mounting holes. The reinforcing rib is connected to the wheel rim by means of sectors which have an H-shape in cross section.
