Abstract
Řešení se týká směsi pro získání dřevní hmoty modifikované syntetickou pryskyřicí a je určeno k využití ve dřevozpracujícím průmyslu. Cílem je vyvingut směs pro modifikaci dřevní hmoty umožňující zachování fyzikálně mechanických vlastností modifikované dřevní hmoty v průběhu dlouhodobého používání v teplotně a vlhkostně kolísajícím prostředí vlivem sníženi destrukce modifikovaného polymeru v dřevní hmotě. Směs pro modifikaci dřevní hmoty se připravuje na bázi fenolfurfuralformaldehydové pryskyřice. Novým podle řešeni je to, že se do známé směsi jako stabilizátor procesu destrukce modifikovaného polymeru přidává ferocén nebo monoacetylferooén. Přitom se výchozí ingredienty berou v tomto poměru /hmot. %/: fenolfurfuralformaldehydová pryskyřice 98,5 až 99,5 a ferocén nebo monoacetylferocén 0,5 až 1,5.The solution relates to a mixture for obtaining wood masses modified with synthetic resin and is intended for use in woodworking industry. The aim is to develop a mixture for modification wood masses allowing physical preservation mechanical properties modified wood mass during the long term use in temperature and humidity fluctuations environment due to reduced destruction modified polymer in wood.
