Description
Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že na integrované obvody unášané na dopravnom páse nad vanou sa posobí kontinuálnou vlnou čistiacej kvapaliny za spoluposobenia ultrazvukovej energie.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention is based on the fact that for integrated circuits carried on a conveyor belt above a bath, it is equipped with a continuous wave of cleaning liquid with the assistance of ultrasonic energy.
Obr.Fig.
The present invention relates to a method for continuously cleaning, in particular integrated circuits, and apparatus for carrying out the same.
Up to now, cleaning in ultrasonic brewing has been carried out by dipping the cleaned parts vertically into the bath. During this cleaning, the objects must perform both vertical and horizontal movement. The disadvantage of this method of cleaning and the apparatus for carrying it out is the complexity of the movement mechanisms. There is also known a continuous cleaning method with a linear horizontal movement of the cleaned parts onto which the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning tub. The disadvantage of this method is that it cannot be combined with the action of ultrasonic energy.
The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by the method of continuous cleaning of the integrated circuits in particular and the apparatus for carrying out the process according to the invention, the principle being that the integrated circuits carried on the conveyor belt are treated with a continuous wave of cleaning fluid with ultrasonic energy. It is a further object of the invention that overflow chambers are provided upstream and downstream of the tub. The upper edge of the overflow discharge chambers extends to the plane of the lower edges of the recesses formed in the walls of the trough below the conveyor belt of the integrated circuits. The cleaning fluid inlet is located in the center of the bottom of the cleaning tub, and ultrasonic radiators are fixed in the tub.
Spůsobom kontinuálneho čistenia najma integrovaných obvodov a zariadením k jeba vykonávaniu sa docieli zjednodušenie mecbanizmov premiestňovania čištěných súčiastok, tieto sa dopravujú len v priamočiarom smere. Dosahuje sa skrátenie čistiacej operácíe a zvýši sa výkon zariadenia.By means of the continuous cleaning of the integrated circuits and the device for its implementation, the mecbanisms of the relocation of the cleaned parts are simplified, which are transported only in a straight line direction. This shortens the cleaning operation and increases the machine's performance.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary solution of a device for continuously cleaning integrated circuits is shown.

V dráhe integrovaných obvodov 6 sú v stěnách čistiacej vane 1 vytvořené vybrania 9, ktorých dolné hrany sú v jednej rovině s koncovými stěnami přepadových odvádzacích komůr 2. Na dne 7 přepadových odvádzacích komor 2 sú vytvořené výtokové otvoryThe device for performing the method of continuous cleaning of integrated circuits consists of a cleaning bath 1 in which a supply 8 of cleaning liquid is formed in the center of the bottom 7. Ultrasonic radiators 5 are fixed at the bottom of the cleaning bath 1. Overflow chambers 2 are formed in front of and behind the cleaning bath 1. Above the cleaning bath 1 is a conveyor belt 3 on which the integrated circuits 6 are firmly clamped. recesses 9 are formed in the walls of the cleaning pan 1, the lower edges of which are flush with the end walls of the overflow discharge chambers 2. Outflow openings are formed on the bottom 7 of the overflow discharge chambers 2.
4. Čistiaca vaňa 1 je naplněná časiacou kvapalinou.4. The cleaning bath 1 is filled with a timing liquid.
The function of the device for continuous cleaning of integrated circuits is as follows: Inlet 8 is pumped through a pump (not shown cleaning liquid into cleaning tank 1), where the level increases by height h and begins to flow through recesses 9 into overflow chambers 2. A continuous cleaning liquid wave 10 is blown on the conveyor belt 3. Integrated circuits 6 are carried on the conveyor belt 3, which pass through the continuous cleaning liquid wave 10 by the action of ultrasonic energy from the ultrasonic radiators 5, thereby cleaning the integrated circuits 6.
