Vynález je z oboru parných generátorov. Týká sa zariadenia na utlmenie hluku páry u parných generátorov mailých výkonov. Podstatou vynálezu je, že para vchádza do zariadenia podvodnou trubkou do komory cez malé otvory, ktoré majú tlmlaci účinok. Tieto spósobujú, že para stráca na rýchlosti a tlaku. Dalej prechádza do priestoru zariadenia vyplněného sklenou vatou a potom do atmosféry. Vynález je možné využit pri projektovaní parných generátorov malých výkonov.The invention is in the field of steam generators. Vynález je z oboru parných generátorov. Týká sa zariadenia na utlmenie hluku páry u parných generátorov mailých výkonov.

Podstatou vynálezu je, že para vchádza do zariadenia póvodnou trubkou do komory cez malé otvory, ktoré majú tlmiaci účinok. Tieto spdsobujú, že para stráca na rýchlosti a tlaku. Dalej prechádza do priestoru zariadenia vyplněného sklenou vatou a potom do atmosféry.

Vynález je možné využiť pri projektovaní parných generátorov malých výkonov.

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na utlmenie hluku páry u parných generátorov malých výkonov vypúšťanej z poistného ventilu parného generátora do· atmosféry.

Doteraz každý parný generátor je chráněný poistnou armaturou, ktorá zabraňuje stúpnutiu tlaku v tlakovom systéme nad stanovená hodnotu. Ak tlak stúpne, poistný ventil ihned vypúšta prebytočnú páru cez výfukové potrubie do· atmosféry. Toto vypúšťanie je sprevádzané velkou hlučnosťou.

Doposial’ sa u parných generátorov malých výkonov nepoužívali žiadne tlmiace zariadenia. Avšak s vyššími nárokmi na úroveň bývania, hygieny okolia, sa tlačí v posledné roky do popredia požiadavka projektantov·, aby ,aj menšie energetické a teplárenské bloky boli vybavené zariadením, ktoré by nerušilo okolie nadměrnou hlučnosťou.

Podstata zariadenia na utlmenie hluku páry u parných generátorov malých výkonov podía vynálezu spočívá v tom, že pozostáva z plášťa, cez ktorý prechádza prívodná trubka s otvormi po obvode a končiace dnom, zároveň privareným ku komoře tiež s otvormi, po> obvode a uzavretá dnom. Toto jé privarené o prívodnú trubku. Ďalej je priestor plášťa vyplněný sklenou vatou, ktorá je uchytená na jeho· hornom okraji drůtenou tkaninou a vo spodnej časti je nástavec privarený na dne plášťa.

Pokrok dosiahnutý zariadením podfa vy- nálezu spočívá v znížení hlučnosti na povolená hranicu a tým v zlepšení životnéhb prostredia v blízkom okolí parného generátora.

Priestor medzi plášťom 1 a komorou 5 jé vyplněný sklenou vatou 8, ktorá plní tiež funkciu tlmenia hluku páry. Upevnenie skilenej vaty 8 v plášti 1 je převedené drotehou tkaninou 9, ktorá je přivařená na hornom okraji plášťa 1. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for attenuating steam in small power steam generators discharged from a steam generator safety valve to the atmosphere.

So far, each steam generator is protected by a safety valve that prevents pressure build-up in the pressure system above the specified value. If the pressure rises, the safety valve immediately discharges the excess steam through the exhaust pipe to the atmosphere. This discharge is accompanied by high noise levels.

So far, no damping devices have been used in small power steam generators. However, with higher demands on the level of housing, hygiene of the environment, the demand of designers has been at the forefront in recent years for even smaller power and heating plants to be equipped with equipment that would not disturb the surroundings by excessive noise.

The essence of the device for attenuating steam in small power steam generators according to the invention is that it consists of a casing through which a conduit with apertures extends circumferentially and terminates at the same time, welded to the chamber also with apertures, circumferentially and closed by the bottom. This is welded to the supply pipe. Furthermore, the casing space is filled with glass wool, which is attached to its upper edge by a woven fabric and in the lower part the extension is welded to the bottom of the casing.

The progress made by the device according to the invention consists in reducing the noise level to the permitted limit and thereby improving the living environment in the vicinity of the steam generator.

In the accompanying drawing, there is shown, in cross-section, an embodiment of a device for attenuating steam for steam generators for low power according to the invention.

The apparatus comprises a housing 1 into which a supply pipe 2 passes through which steam comes from the steam generator. The supply pipe 2 is terminated in the housing 1 by the bottom 3. At the upper end of the supply pipe 2 there are apertures 4 with damping effect through which the steam passes into the chamber 5.

The chamber 5 is welded to the bottom 3 and the other end is closed by the bottom 6, which is also welded to the flange pipe 2. At the bottom of the chamber 5, the damping effect holes 7 are circumferentially.

The space between the shell 1 and the chamber 5 is filled with glass wool 8, which also functions as a vapor damping function. The attachment of the glass wool 8 in the shell 1 is transferred by a weave fabric 9 which is welded on the upper edge of the shell 1. At the bottom of the shell 1 there is a drainage nozzle 10 through which the condensate is discharged into the channel formed by the steam passing through the device.
