Abstract

Vynález řeší novou konstrukci rozebíratelného spojení horní a člunkové cívky domácích šicích strojů. Podstatou je úprava jednoho čela horní cívky. Válcové čelo je opatřeno nejméně dvěma obdélníkovými otvory, v nichž jsou vždy dva pružné elementy pro připojeni člunkové cívky. Obdélníkové otvory přecházejí ve vlastním čele do dvou zářezů pro zachycení konců obou nití.The invention solves a new design of a detachable connection of the upper and shuttle bobbins of domestic sewing machines. The essence is the modification of one face of the upper bobbin. Jsou známy různé konstrukce cívek pro vrchní nitě šicích strojů. Některé z nich mají různě konstruovaná čela pro zachycení konce nitě. Clunkové cívky zachycení konce nitě neumožňují. Spojením obou cívek lze výhodu zachycení konce nitě přenést i na člunkovou cívku. Řešení podle DOS 2 447 901 spojení cívek umožňuje, avšak pomocí třetího mezičlenu.Various bobbin designs for sewing machine threads are known.
