Abstract
Vynález se týká techniky nanáSení povlaku aetodou vysokoteplotního naatříkávání a může být využito k nanáSení ochranných povlaků různého druhu na; výrobky leteckého, lodařského, strojírenského průmyslu a při stavbS přístrojů. Vynález je určen pro automatické vypnutí zařízení po nestříknutí povlaku požadované tlouStky. K tomu účelu je do obvodu zpStné vazby dodateSně zaveden analogo-Síslicový převodník spojený se zesilovačem, sčítací jednotka, srovnávací zařízení, spojené s elektrickým nastavovacím zařízením tlouštky povlaku a připojené k bloku řízení, přičemž analogovčíslicový převodník převádí signály ze snímače na číslicový kod v okamžiku maximální jasnosti ve zplodinách detonace.The invention relates to a coating technique and the high temperature coating process and can be used to apply protective coatings of various kinds on; aeronautical products industry, engineering industry and in the construction of devices. The invention is intended to turn off the device automatically after spraying the desired thickness of the coating.
