Abstract
Samonastavitelná ojnica piestového spalovacieho motora, pre motory benzínové i naftové rieši samočinnú změnu kompresného poměru změnou dlžky, v závislosti na zatažení, resp. strenom tlaku oběhu. Pozostáva z ojničnej hlavy, na ktorú jo připevněné puzdro v ktorého spodnej časti je oválná dutina vyplněná viskoelastíckou látkou. V puzdre je suvne uložený driek, majúci na jednom konci oko pre piestny čap a na druhom výběžky, koniec s výbežkami zasahuje do oválnej dutiny. V drieku je piestik vytláčajúci viskoelastickú látku vplyvom tlaku plynovej náplně, alebo silou mechanickej pružiny. Samonastaviitelnú ojnicu možno použiť aj u kompresorov na samočinnú reguláciu výstupného tlaku.The self-adjusting connecting rod of a piston combustion engine, for gasoline and diesel engines, solves the automatic change of the compression ratio by changing the length, depending on the retraction, or by circulating pressure side. It consists of a connecting rod head, on which a sleeve is attached, in the lower part of which there is an oval cavity filled with a viscoelastic substance. In the case there is a shaft, which has an eye for the piston pin at one end and protrusions at the other end, the end with the protrusions extends into the oval cavity. In the stem, there is a piston pushing out a viscoelastic substance due to the pressure of the gas filling or the force of a mechanical spring. The self-adjusting connecting rod can also be used with compressors for automatic regulation of output pressure.

Vynález sa týká samomasitaviteín&j ojnice piestového spalovacleho motora zabezpečujúcej samoičinnú změnu kompresného poměru v závislosti na parametroch tepelného oběhu.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a self-ventilator & junction rod of a piston combustion engine providing a self-acting change in compression ratio depending on the thermal circulation parameters.
Premenlivý komipresný poměr u benzínového motora umožňuje podstatné zvýšenie termickej účinnosti v oblasti čiastočných zaťaížení, v ktorých takýto motor vačšinou pracuje. U naftového motora móže zmenšit maximálně kompresně a spalovacie tlaky. Sú známe mnohé spósoby samočinnej změny kompresného poměru, avšak prakticky sa uplatnili len ojedinele, pretože obyčajne znamenajú přílišné skomplikovanie konštrukcie, alebo zhoršenie niektorých parametrov motora napr. v dósledku zvačšenia posuvných hmot.The variable compression ratio of the gasoline engine allows for a substantial increase in thermal efficiency in the area of partial loads in which such an engine usually works. Uvedené nedostatky rieši samonastavitelná ojnica, ktorej podstatou je, že v puzdre spojenom s hlavou ojnice je v dolnej čas/ti oválná dutina, do ktorej zasahuje konieic drieku s výbežkami a je vyplněná viskoelastickou látkou, pričom v drieku je piestik, nad ktorým je náplň stlačeného plynu. Výhodou ojnice podTa vynálozu je, že nastavuje kqmpresný poměr plynule, v závislosti na streidnom tlaku oběhu. Pri výrobě sa naplní viiskóznou, resp. viskoelastickou látkou. Pružina může byť mechanická, alebo pneumatická, ktorá je hmotnostně výhodnejšia. Charakteristika ojnice závisí od pružiny, vlastností náplně, prierezu dutiny, plochy výbežkov, aitď; a volí sa taká, aby pri každom režime motora bol optimálny kom-| přesný poměr. Pretože sily z piesta sa prenášajú cez viskoelastickú látku, zmenší sa hluk a namáhanie kl'ukového mechanizmu.The above-mentioned drawbacks are solved by a self-adjusting connecting rod, the essence of which is that in the housing connected to the connecting rod head there is an oval cavity in the lower part of the rod, into which the shaft of the stem extends and the viscoelastic substance is filled, with the piston above which the filling is compressed gas. The characteristics of the connecting rod depend on the spring, the properties of the filling, the cross section of the cavity, the surfaces of the protrusions, and so on; and is selected to be optimal for each engine mode the exact ratio. Because the piston forces are transmitted through the viscoelastic material, the noise and stress of the crank mechanism is reduced.
