Vynález se týká chromatografické izolace neutrálních proteóz obsahujících zinek použitím nových nerozpustných, nosičů. Proteózy oddělené těmito nosiči se používají v oblasti lékařství,v potravinářském průmyslu a v průmyslu nápojů.Izolace se provádí tak,Že se slabě zásadité roztoky obsahující neutrální proteázy,uvádějí do styku s heterocyklickými nosiči,přičemž heterocykly obsahují nejméně jeden endocyklický terciární dusíkový atom s volným elektronovým párem.Za účelem oddělení jiných proteinů se provádí eluce tlumivými roztoky vyšší iontové síly a ve slabě alkalickém prostředí a neutrální zinek obsahující proteázy se eluují ve slabě kyselém prostředí.Dialýza se provádí pomocí C,1 % roztoku octanu vápenatéhoThe invention relates to the chromatographic isolation of neutral proteases containing zinc using new insoluble carriers.
