Abstract
Zařízení pro přívod barvy s automatickými přijímacími a odebíracími zařízeními a střádačem a nepřetržitými dopravníky. Vynález se týká zařízení pro přívod barvy,do něhož se dopravují na příklad malé součásti prostřednictvím nepřetržitého dopravníku přes čisticí září zení,zařízení pro barvení ponořením a sušicí zařízení, přičemž podávání a částečné zachycení se provádí automaticky. Vynález má zajistit maximální produktivitu a výkon při nejmenší zabrané ploše. K tomu účelu je třeba příslušně rozmístit výrobní zářízení,dopravníky a přijímací i zachycovací zařízení. Podle vynálezu spočívá řešení v tom, že vedle zařízení pro přívod barvy jsou kruhovitě umístěny dva nezávislé, vzájemně paralelní nepřetržité dopravníky. Přitom přijímací a zachycovací zařízení prvého nepřetržitého dopravníku jsou uspořádána vedle sebe a podle nich prochází konfigurace druhého dopravníku, který má obvykle stejnou úroveň výšky dopravy, jako prvý dopravník. Přijímací a zachycovací zařízení druhého nepřetržitého dopravníku je umístěno před nebo za příslušnými zařízeními prvého dopravníku. Vynález je mošno užít ve výrobních zařízeních s nepřetržitým podáváním. The receiving and collection devices of the first continuous conveyor are arranged side by side and the configuration of the second conveyor, which usually has the same transport height level as the first conveyor, passes through them. The receiving and intercepting device of the second continuous conveyor is located before or after the corresponding devices of the first conveyor. The invention can be used in production facilities with continuous feeding. The invention is clearly illustrated in Figure 2.
