Description
Vynález sa týká podložky pre vytváranie vnútorného zvaru najma skrutkovicovo zváraných rúr a rieši problém vylúčenia tvorby mikrotrhlin vo zváranom spoji. The invention relates to a substrate for forming an internal weld, in particular helically welded tubes, and solves the problem of avoiding the formation of micro-cracks in the welded joint.
In the manufacture of spirally welded tubes, immediately after the sheet metal has been rolled in the rollers, a first weld is formed from the inside of the pipe by welding under the flux. After about a half-pipe, another outer weld is continuously formed in the pipe. In order to form the first inner weld, a backing situated on the outside of the pipe at the bottom after the last rolling and before the next rolling roller is used to support it. For this purpose, a substrate made of a medium or its alloys is used which, at high temperatures, is welded and subjected to a relatively high pressure on the tensioned sheet of metal rapidly melts and wipes, with its material entering the welded joint and the occurrence of micro-cracks. In the manufacture of tubes for use in the construction of oil, natural gas, etc. pipelines, where the demands on the quality of the welded joints are increased, the co-authors have identified the main cause of these micro-cracks due to the unsuitable material composition of the substrate used for welding. Micro-cracks are technically inadmissible and pipes with their occurrence are unusable for this purpose.
Vzduchový válec je ďalej opatřený prívodom vzduchu a regulačhým ventilom přítlaku nastavěným na tlak do maximálně 0,15 MPa.The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated and the problem is solved by the pad for making the inner weld for the mentioned purpose according to the invention. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The substrate is formed from high-melting materials, preferably tungsten or molybdenum-based alloys or sintered tungsten carbides, or iron alloys, preferably gray cast iron or graphite electrodes with a carbon content of over 90%. The washer is assembled in the form of a vertical cylinder with a flat bearing surface with rounded leading edges and is provided with a sliding hole, which is housed in the pin of the air cylinder head. The air cylinder is further provided with an air inlet and a pressure regulating valve adjusted to a pressure of not more than 0.15 MPa.
The advantages of the invention over the prior art in the world are obscure in that the occurrence of micro-cracks in the welded joint is reduced to a minimum and the weldability of the welded pipes to the pipelines is substantially reduced with a substantial increase in their service life. The new design of the washer with a more suitable shape and controlled pressure of the washer, independent of deflections and stresses of the material during rounding and the like, enables a significant increase in productivity and trouble-free technology in the production of pipes.
