Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu výroby plastifikátoru nebo kondenzátoru, který je možno použít zároveň s přísadou ve stavebních směsích z cementu nebo anhydritu. Cílem vynálezu je vypracování ekonomicky vhodnějšího způsobu výroby plastifikátorů, přičemž je současně stanoven úkol získat plastifikátory, které umožní stanovit dobu tvrdnutí stavebních materiálů podle jejich určení. Podle vynálezu je úkol řešen tak, že vzájemně kondenzuje sulfitovými skupinami modifikovaná melaminová pryskyřice a lignin-sulfonét-močovino-formaldehydová pryskyřice. Kondenzáty se přitom získají z kondenzátů složek nebo z vodného roztoku jedné složky.The invention relates to a process for the production of a plasticizer or a capacitor that can be used together with the additive in the building mixtures from cement or anhydrite. The aim of the invention is to elaborate economically a more suitable method of producing plasticizers, while at the same time determining the task of obtaining plasticizers that allow time to be determined hardening of building materials according to theirs destination. According to the invention, the task is solved in such a way that condensate with sulfite groups modified melamine resin and lignin-sulfoneturea-formaldehyde resin. The condensates are obtained from condensates of components or from aqueous solution one folder.
