Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu zpracování kyselých pryskyřic, které jsou odpadními produkty při rafinaci olejů, vazelín, parexparafinů, surových benzolů apod., kyselinou sírovou a/nebo oleem na kyselinu sírovou a pryskyřici. Cílem vynálezu je zpracování kyselinných pryskyřic s malými technickými a ekonomickými náklady. Úloha je vyřešena tak, že přidáním rozpouštědla se kyselé pryskyřice rozdělí na fázi kyseliny sírové a pryskyřičnou fázi, které jsou technicky využitelné. Bylo nalezeno, že přísady k rozdělení kyselinových pryskyřic musí obsahovat 50 až 60 dílů kyselé pryskyřice, 25 až 40 dílů fenolového dehtu, a 10 až 25 dílů vody. Lepšího rozdělení se dosáhne,když se kyselinová pryskyřice přidává do směsi při normální teplotě za krátkého intenzivního míchání. Fáze kyseliny sírové a pryskyřičná fáze se vytváří v relativně krátké době při usazovací teplotě 50 °C až 90 C, s výhodou 65 až 75 C.The invention relates to a method for processing acid resins, which are waste products in the refining of oils, vaselines, parex paraffins, crude benzols, etc., with sulfuric acid and/or oleum into sulfuric acid and resin. The aim of the invention is to process acid resins with low technical and economic costs. The problem is solved in such a way that by adding a solvent, the acid resins are separated into a sulfuric acid phase and a resin phase, which are technically usable. It has been found that additives for the separation of acid resins must contain 50 to 60 parts of acid resin, 25 to 40 parts of phenolic tar, and 10 to 25 parts of water. Better separation is achieved when the acid resin is added to the mixture at normal temperature with brief intensive mixing. The sulfuric acid phase and the resin phase are formed in a relatively short time at a deposition temperature of 50°C to 90°C, preferably 65 to 75°C.
