Na vysušených súčiastkach sa vytvoří jemný nelepivý film protikorózne účinných látok, ktorý čhráni kovový povrch před atmosferickou koróziou pri medzioperačnom skladovaní súčiastok, najma ložiskových krúžkov, pri relatívnej vlhkosti prostredia maximálně 80% ' počas 5. až 25 dní. Stabilita pracovného roztoku sa podstatnejšie nezmení počas 85 až 170 hodin a to aj pri pracovnej teplote 85 °C.
