Rieši zariadenie pre tavenie, ohřev a čerpanie látok, ktoré pozostáva z přívodu páry, vonkajšej trubky a vnútornej trubky súoso orientovaných, uzavretých dnom s vrchlíkom, pričom odvod páry alebo kondenzátu tvoří výtlačná trubka vedená odo dna po vnútornej straně vonkajšej trubky opatřená škrtiacou clonkou. Vnútorná trubka je na svojom hornom konci opatřená trojčestným kohútom a odvodom látky a manipulačnou rukóváťou.The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment for chemical technology. Rieši zariadenie pre tavenie, ohřev a čerpanie látok, ktoré pozostáva z přívodu páry, vonkajšej trubky a vnútornej trubky súoso orientovaných, uzavretých dnom s vrchlíkom, pričom odvod páry alebo kondenzátu tvoří výtlačná trubka vedená odo dna po vnútornej straně vonkajšej trubky opatřená škrtiacou clonkou. Vynález sa týká zariadenia pre tavenie, ohřev a čerpanie látok, ktorým sa tieto uvádzajú do stavu vhodného pre čerpanie běžnými prostriedkami.
Najbežnejším spósobom dopravy chemikálií je doprava v kontajneroch, sudoch, plechovkách a podobných obaloch. Nie je zriedkavosťou, hlavně i v zimnom období, že časť alebo celý obsah stuhne ' alebo sa zvýši viskozita látky tak, že je běžnými i spósobmi nečerpatefná. Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje zariadenie pre tavenie, ohřev a čerpanie látok podía tohoto vynálezu ktorého podstata je v tom, že pozostáva z přívodu páry, vonkajšej trubky a vnútornej trubky súoso orientovaných uzavretých dnom a vrchlíkom, pričom odvod páry alebo kondenzátu tvoří výtlačná trubka vedená od dna po vnútornej stene vonkajšej trubky, převedená cez jej stenu pod vrchlíkom opatřená škrtiacou clonkou; vnútorná trubka je na svojom hornom konci opatřená trojcestným kohútom a odvodom látky; tiež manipulačnou rukováťou.
Zariadenie je 1’ahké, mobilně a nevyžaduje skoro žiadnu opateru. Je 1’ahko zhotovitelné z dostupného materiálu najvýhodnejšie z nerezu. Ako ohrevné médium je výhodné použit’ nízkotlakovú páru zaručujúcu teplotu až 150 °C; vyššia teplota je neúčelná a móže viesť k rozkladu spracovávanej látky. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for melting, heating and pumping substances which are brought into a condition suitable for pumping by conventional means.
The most common way of transporting chemicals is by transporting in containers, barrels, cans and similar containers. It is not uncommon, especially in the winter, that some or all of the content solidifies, or the viscosity of the substance is increased so that it is both non-pumpable and conventional.
