Description
(54) Nátěrová látka pre povrchová úpravu ťahčených plastických látok.(54) Paint for coating of stretched plastics.
Vynález rieši zloženie náterovej látky určenej na povrchová úpravu predmetov z Iahčených plastických látok.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a coating composition for the surface treatment of lightweight plastic articles.
Lahčené plastické látky a to lahčený polystyrén a lahčený polyuretan našli široké použitie v róznych odvetviach priemyslu. V poslednej době sa začínajú používat ako náhrady dřeva. Pretože povrchový vzhlad predmetov po vylisovaní je nepřijatelný, je potřebné predmety zhotovené z Iahčených plastických látok upravovat’ nátermi.Powdered plastics, namely polystyrene and polyurethane, have found widespread use in various industries. Recently they have been used as wood substitutes. Since the surface appearance of the articles after molding is unacceptable, articles made of lightweight plastics need to be treated with coatings.
Doteraz používané chemické a fyzikálně úpravy povrchu Ťahčených plastických látok k zabezpečeniu přilnavosti náterov (napučiavanie povrchu agresívnymi rozpúšťadlami pri zvýšenej teplote, pósobenie oxidačných činidiel, opálenie plameňom, pósobenie elektrického výboja, ožarovanie elektrónmi, dodatečné zabudováváme reaktívnych skupin) nepriniesli očakávaný efekt, nátěry i na takto predupravených povrchoch majú nedostatočnú přilnavost. The chemical and physical surface treatments of stretched plastics used so far to ensure adhesion of the coatings (swelling of the surface with aggressive solvents at elevated temperature, exposure to oxidizing agents, flame burning, exposure to electric discharge, electron irradiation, additionally incorporating reactive groups) did not bring the expected effect pre-treated surfaces have insufficient adhesion. The prior art methods employing any of the above methods do not make it possible to achieve the desired surface properties of the drawn plastics. The methods are very laborious and technology intensive, and the resulting effect - the achieved adhesion of the coating system used is very low (0.005 to 0.8 MPa p), which in most cases is considered insufficient. In the treatment of plastics it is also possible to use coatings. Paints based on alkyd resins show very slow drying. We use acrylates respectively. acrylic lacquers, where the base resin has a molecular weight of more than 45,000, did not significantly improve, the lacquers dried too long. Serial production (industrial use) assumes the shortest drying time of paints or the entire paint system.
V literatúre doporučený email na Tahčené plastické látky, ktorý má nasledovné zloženie, titanová bielobarutilová 25,0 hm. dielov blančfixe 4,0 hm. dielovRecommended literature in the literature for drawn plastics, which has the following composition, titanium white-butylated 25.0 wt. parts blančfixe 4.0 wt. parts
Tanový alkyd 62,0 hm. dielov sikatívy 3,7 hm. dielov silikonový olej 0,3 hm. dielov lakový benzín 5,0 hm. dielov nesplňa tieto základné požiadavky a dlhá doba jeho zasychania vylučuje jeho použitie v sériovej výrobě, jeho prilnavosť nevyhovuje priemyselnym požiadavkám.Tann alkyd 62.0 wt. parts of siccative 3.7 wt. parts silicone oil 0.3 wt. parts white spirit 5.0 wt. parts do not meet these basic requirements and the long drying time precludes its use in series production, its adhesion does not meet the industrial requirements.
' Vyššie uvedené nedostatky rieši a odstraňuje použitie náterovej látky podía tohoto vynálezu. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že nátěrová látka sa skládá z 20 až 70 hmotnostných dielov samosieťujúcej akrylátovej živice s priemernou molekulovou hmotnosťou 25 000 až 45 000, 1 až 60 hmotnostných dielov butylacetátu, 1 až 15 hmot209073 mostných dielov toluénu, 1 až 20 hmotnostných dielov etylacetátu, 1 až 7 hmotnostných dielov metylacetátu, 1 až 8 hmotnostných dielov izobutanolu, 2 až 4 hmotnostně diely etanolu.The above drawbacks address and eliminate the use of the coating composition of the present invention. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The coating composition consists of 20 to 70 parts by weight of a self-crosslinking acrylate resin having an average molecular weight of 25,000 to 45,000, 1 to 60 parts by weight of butyl acetate, 1 to 15 parts by weight 209073 bridge parts of toluene, 1 to 20 parts by weight. ethyl acetate, 1 to 7 parts by weight of methyl acetate, 1 to 8 parts by weight of isobutanol, 2 to 4 parts by weight of ethanol.
Použitie náterovej látky podlá tohoto vynálezu umožňuje vytvoriť jedno, alebo viacvrstvový nátěr. < Nanáša sa běžnými nanášaámi technológiami: pneumatickým a bezvzduchovým striekaním, po- ! lievaním, štetcom tak, aby hrúbka mokrej vrstvy činila 10 až 80 mikrometrov. , ;The use of the coating according to the invention makes it possible to form a single or multilayer coating. <It is applied by common application technologies: pneumatic and airless spraying, po-! by pouring, using a brush so that the wet layer thickness is 10 to 80 microns. ,;
Ďalej je predmet vynálezu doložený příkladná i prevedenia, kde uvádzané diely značia hmotnostně diely. Příklady I a II uvádzajú zloženie náterovej látky pre povrchová úpravu lahčeného polystyrénů a příklad III zloženie náterovej látky pre povrcho7 The invention is further exemplified in embodiments where said parts refer to parts by weight. Examples I and II show the composition of the coating for the surface treatment of polystyrene to be treated and Example III the composition of the coating for the surface 7
Náterovú látku uvedenú v príkladoch I, II, III je možné použiť ako transparentný lak, alebo ako spojivo pre farby a emaily.The coating composition of Examples I, II, III can be used as a transparent lacquer or as a binder for paints and enamels.
Ďalej sa dokládá na príkladoch dosahovaný vyšší účinok použitia náterovej látky v parametre přilnavosti pri povrchovej úpravě lahčeného polystyrénu a lahčeného polyuretanu nameranými hodnotami přilnavosti. Na meranie přilnavosti bol použitý ;Furthermore, the improved effect of the use of the coating substance in the adhesion parameters in the surface treatment of the expanded polystyrene and the expanded polyurethane with the measured adhesion values is illustrated by the examples. It was used to measure adhesion;
