The present invention relates to a disposable injection device comprising a plastic ampoule for a disposable cannula medicament and a syringe adapted for such administration.
Up to now, the syringe system, the injection needle (cannula) and the medicine in the vial (ampoule) are used for injecting the drug. Various embodiments of syringes with a cannula are known in terms of system, shape and material. All of these have the common disadvantage that the syringe and needle need to be sterilized prior to administration. The medicine is filled into a sterile, usually glass ampoule, which is opened just before the medicine is administered, and the medicine is then aspirated into the sterilized syringe. By improving this state, mainly from the standpoint of emergency. disposable plastic syringe, which is sterilized after manufacture and thus packed in a protective container. Sterilization of the syringe is not required prior to administration. Another improvement of this syringe is the so-called. disposable cannula, which after sterilization is similarly sterilized and packaged. A common disadvantage of such a syringe, cannula and drug ampoule system, as mentioned above, is the need for separate sterilization for all objects. This method is time consuming, expensive and only partially automated. With the improved disposable plastic syringe used? her 8999 BiVVhohoov material demands and the price of the syringe.
