Abstract
<p>Un aparato y un proceso para formar un conducto de forma ovalada, así como un conducto redondo para todos los tamaños y grosores requeridos para un sistema de climatización, en una operación continua donde dos rodillos impulsores hacen avanzar una hoja de metal plana a un rodillo de doblado de posicionamiento múltiple, donde el rodillo de doblado se puede mover a una posición de doblado para diferentes curvaturas y una posición de no doblado. Los rollos de conducción avanzan la hoja mientras el rodillo de doblado dobla la hoja para formar los lados curvos, y el rodillo de doblado en la posición de no doblado forma los lados planos del conducto de forma ovalada. Un sensor de posición detecta la posición de la hoja de metal plana en los rollos para controlar la ubicación o a lo largo de la hoja donde el rodillo de doblado se mueve a cualquiera de las posiciones de doblado o no doblado mientras se detienen los rodillos impulsores.</p>
