Abstract
The invention proposes a SIP panel based on cementitious plates, an insulating plate and galvanized steel profiles that allows an easy installation and that achieves an easy connection between one plate to another in which connectors can eventually be inserted due to the shape of its components in the areas of union. In addition, the use of galvanized steel profiles allows the panel to be structural and self-supporting and only needs screws to join one panel with the other. In this way, a light panel is obtained, of excellent termination and with a great joint for mounting with another similar panel. Construction sites that use these panels reduce labor times, by up to a third, compared to traditional buildings. The most commonly used insulating materials for this type of panel preferably consider expanded polystyrene (EPS), and extruded polystyrene (XPS), rigid insulating polyurethane or any other rigid insulator may also be used. The materials most commonly used for cementitious plates consider silicate reinforced with fiberglass meshes and adhesive preferably using stucco or concrete composed of sands of small granulonietries, cement, additives and also materials that improve bending such as metals can be incorporated, iron, fiberglass, vegetable or mineral fibers polypropylene nylon and others. The bonding of the cementitious plates with the insulating plate is preferably made with polyurethane or cementitious adhesive, being able to use any other adhesive that allows said union.
