Abstract

Se revela un dispositivo multipostura, modular y portable que favorece el desarrollo motriz de individuos con parálisis cerebral debido a que permite llevar a cabo diferentes ejercicios o actividades con tales individuos en diferentes posturas e independientemente de las dimensiones de cada individuo. El diseño del dispositivo revelado está basado en el método de Bobath para el desarrollo físico motriz de individuos con parálisis cerebral, y por lo tanto permite realizar ejercicios y actividades en posiciones sedente (indicada principalmente para el momento de alimentación), supino (indicada para el momento de descanso) y prono (indicada para ejercicios de control cefálico y control del cuerpo). El dispositivo revelado se adapta al individuo por medio de una serie de elementos que se adecuan al cuerpo de éste en puntos de control claves (cabeza, tronco y pelvis), generando una alineación postural a nivel de hombros, codos y extremidades superiores e inferiores, asegurándolo y adicionalmente generando estimulación como consecuencia de cambios en la textura de los diferentes elementos que conforman el dispositivo.
