Abstract
Un método de vitrificación de superficie con nitrógeno líquido que requiere un embrión lavado en un medio de enjuague, luego incubado en un medio base e incubado en un medio de mantenimiento antes de ser lavado en un medio de vitrificación y producido dentro de una gota de vitrificación. La gota de vitrificación puede ser producida de un instrumento con un canal y dejado caer directamente dentro de nitrógeno en fase liquida produciendo una gota vitrificada. La gota vitrificada puede ser almacenada en recipientes criogénicos, y calentada para revitalización de la función biológica de masas de células biológicas vitrificadas o tejidos, como ovocitos y/o embriones.
