Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para reportar una situación de emergencia o similar por medio de una comunicación de datos móvil a una base de datos, en donde se utiliza un teléfono móvil equipado con un botón de alarma mediante el cual, al usar un botón de alarma. Después de accionar el botón de alarma en el teléfono móvil, se graban datos tales como fotos, videos, sonidos identificación de lugares, etc., y se transmiten a la base de datos. La base de datos es accedida entonces por un sitio y, dependiendo de la evaluación de la misma, se moviliza por lo menos un servicio de asistencia correspondiente, particularmente la policía, una agencia de seguridad, una ambulancia o similar. Puede seleccionarse un botón adicional como un botón de contacto, por medio del cual se reporta un daño potencial, y los datos son registrados en la base de datos, por lo menos temporalmente. Si el daño crece, el botón de alarma puede accionarse, y enseguida movilizarse el servicio de asistencia.
