Abstract

An apparatus and a method for combining cryogenic particulate ice cream and traditional ice cream are described. 1.- A mechanism for combining particle ice cream and conventional ice cream, comprising: a cryogenic processor that contains a refrigerant and having entry and exit locations, where the processor receives the liquid composition at the entry location, and transforms the liquid composition in frozen ice cream pearls, which are moved directly to the exit location; an ingredient feeder, such as a fruit and nut feeder, which has first and second entry openings and an exit opening, the first entry opening to receive pearl ice cream and the second entry opening to receive conventional semi-soft ice cream , where the fruit and nut feeder combines frozen pearls with conventional ice cream in a predetermined ratio and transports the combination to the outlet opening; and a combination mechanism to receive the frozen pearls of the cryogenic processor and depositories in the first inlet opening. 2. The mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises: a static mixer having input and output ends. 3. The mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the input end is connected to the output end of the combination mechanism. 4. The mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the combination mechanism forces the combination of pearls and conventional ice cream through the static mixer where it is mixed and then transported to the outlet end, such as through A crashed wheel
