Abstract
Un fluido de orificio de pozo de emulsión inversa, que comprende:Una fase oleaginosa continua;una fase no oleaginosa discontinua; un agente estabilizante;una resina base epóxica inmiscible con aceite; y un agente endurecedor;en donde el fluido de orificio de pozo es una emulsión estable que tiene una viscosidad mayor de 200 cps (0.2 Pa.s). La emulsión inversa de la reivindicación 1, en donde el agente endurecedor es un agente endurecedor miscible con aceite. La emulsión inversa de la reivindicación 1, en donde el agente endurecedor es un agente endurecedor inmiscible con aceite. El fluido de orificio de pozo de emulsión inversa de la reivindicación 1, en donde la resma base epóxica comprende al menos uno de bisfenol A, bisfenol F, resorcinol, resinas novalac, y glicidil éteres de etilen glicol, 1 ,4-butanodiol, poliglicol, 1 ,6-hexanodiol, y poliglicidil éter de sorbitol, y combinaciones de los mismos. El fluido de orificio de pozo de emulsión inversa de la reivindicación 1, en donde el agente estabilizante comprende al menos uno de surfactantes de HLB bajo y sólidos coloidales.
