Abstract
Un proceso para mejorar un hidrocarburo pesado, que comprende los pasos de: Obtener un hidrocarburo pesado; Poner en contacto el hidrocarburo pesado con un solvente a condiciones de mejoramiento para producir un primer producto que comprende una mezcla de hidrocarburo mejorado y solvente y un segundo producto que comprende asfalteno residual, agua y solvente; y Alimentar el primer producto a un separador para separar el hidrocarburo mejorado del solvente. 1 Un sistema para mejorar un hidrocarburo pesado, que comprende: Un reactor comunicado con una fuente de un hidrocarburo pesado y un solvente, y operable para poner en contacto el hidrocarburo pesado y el solvente a una temperatura de entre 30°C y 100°C aproximadamente y una presión de entre 100 psig y 350 psig aproximadamente, el reactor tiene una primera salida para transportar un primer producto que contiene hidrocarburo mejorado y solvente fuera del reactor, y una segunda salida para transportar un segundo producto que contiene asfalteno residual, agua y solvente fuera del reactor; Un primer separador comunicado con la primera salida del reactor y con un primer separador primera salida para transportar un producto solvente separado y un primer separador segunda salida para transportar un producto separado de hidrocarburo mejorado; Un segundo separador comunicado con la segunda salida del reactor y con un segundo separador primera salida para transportar un producto separado de solvente, un segundo separador segunda salida para transportar un producto separado de asfalteno residual, y un segundo separador tercera salida para transportar agua; ...<EMI FILE="07064813_3" ID="3" IMF=JPEG HE=50 WI=50 >
