Abstract

1.- Un método para remover el efecto de onda de aire de los datos de estudio electromagnético de fuente controlada de dominio de frecuencia recolectados de una región cubierta por el mar, que comprende los pasos de:(a) construir un primer modelo de la región que tiene de la parte superior al fondo una capa de aire, una capa de agua salada, y una capa de donde del mar, reflejando dicho modelo la batimetría y las conductividades;(b) calcular los campos electromagnéticos debidos a la fuente en todas las ubicaciones de fuente y receptor en el estudio, asumir el primer modelo;(c) construir un segundo modelo de la región reemplazando la capa de aire en el primero modelo con agua salada, y luego calcular los campos electromagnéticos para el segundo modelo en las mismas ubicaciones de fuente y receptor;(d) normalizar los parámetros de receptor y fuente entre los campos calculados y los datos del estudio;(e) calcular el efecto de onda de aire sustrayendo el campo producido por el segundo modelo del campo producido por el primer modelo en cada ubicación de receptor para cada ubicación de fuente; y(f) sustraer el efecto de onda calculado de los datos de estudio reales en cada ubicación de receptor para cada ubicación de fuente.
