Abstract

Tapón irrellenable para botellas de licores y similares, del tipo que comprende una tapa tubo envolvente exteriormente del tapón y de parte del gollete de la botella, que es receptora de la sobretapa de apertura del tapón y que limita interiormente un cuerpo interno dotado de la abertura de salida controlada del líquido y que establece contacto con una arandela asociada a la parte superior interna del gollete y a la cara superior de la misma, en la que actúa la válvula uniflujo interna, caracterizado porque la arandela presenta en la zona de su base adyacente a la cara superior del gollete de la botella una zona ampliamente reforzada y dotada exteriormente de forma cónica en la que coincide a presión una forma cónica de forma conjugada del cuerpo del tapón, consiguiendo una fijación firme y resistente simplemente por introducción axial. <EMI FILE="05047247_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG HE=50 WI=50 > SOLICITUDES DE PATENTES DE MODELO DE UTILIDADORDENADAS PUBLICAR EN ABRIL DE 2006 IMPORTANTE:SOLICITUDES DE PATENTE DE MODELO DE UTILIDAD: A partir de la fecha de publicación de esta gaceta el solicitante cuenta con un plazo de tres (3) meses para pedir que se practique el examen de patentabilidad de la solicitud, anexando el recibo de pago de la tasa correspondiente a tal fin.
