Abstract

Un dispositivo de análisis que comprende:una primera celda que tiene un fluido impulsor en la misma y una barrera rompible para contener selectivamente el fluido impulsor en la primera celda;una segunda celda que tiene una cámara de recolección capaz de recibir una muestra para ser analizada, capaz de recibir el fluido impulsor cuando se rompe la barrera, y capaz de permitir que la muestra se mezcle con el fluido impulsor para proporcionar una muestra mezclada;un filtro capaz de capturar material particulado contenido en la muestra mezclada a medida que la muestra mezclada fluye a través del filtro;una cuarta celda que tiene un primer tipo de anticuerpo capaz de ligarse al análito de interés en la muestra mezclada para formar un analito marcado cuando la muestra mezclada fluye dentro de la cuarta celda;un reservorio de fluido recolector en comunicación fluida con la cuarta celda para recibir el fluido.2.- El dispositivo de la reivindicación 1 que además comprende una quinta celda que tiene un segundo tipo de anticuerpo capaz de ligarse al analito marcado.<EMI FILE="00013865_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
