Abstract
Una solución acuosa para bebidas, la cual comprende:agua; ácido L-ascórbico EDTA;no contiene un número suficiente de componentes que podrían disimular el cambio de color producido por la oxidación del ácido L-ascórbico;y en la cual un color de la bebida es sustancialmente estable durante un tiempo deseado predeterminado. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual el tiempo predeterminado es de aproximadamente 30 días. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual el tiempo predeterminado es de aproximadamente 90 días. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual el tiempo predeterminado es de aproximadamente 180 días. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual el tiempo predeterminado es de aproximadamente 300 días. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual la concentración de ácido L-ascórbico está comprendida dentro del rango de 25 ppm a 375 ppm. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual la concentración de ácido l-ascórbico está comprendida dentro del rango de 10 ppm a 500 ppm.La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual la concentración de ácido l-ascórbico está comprendida dentro del rango de 10 ppm a 1000 ppm. La bebida descrita en la reivindicación 1, en la cual la bebida tiene un color inicial que es sustancialmente incoloro.
