Abstract
Una vasija contenedora para el procesamiento de una carga dematerial sólido bajo condiciones que incluyen alta tasa de flujo de masa de gas a través de la vasija contenedora y las cuales producen líquido del material sólido, la cual incluye: una salida terminal de la vasija contenedora que tiene al menos una salida de sólidos, al menos una salida de líquidos, y al menos una salida de gases, y al menos una de las salidas de gases está colocada por encima de al menos una salida de sólidos y al menos una salida de líquido. 2Un proceso para el procesamiento de una carga de un material sólido bajo condiciones que incluyen alta tasa de flujo de masa de gas y las cuales producen líquido del material sólido, proceso que incluye: (a) alimentar el material sólido a una vasija contenedora para formar una cama empacada del material sólido; (b) presurizar la cama empacada; (c) calentar el material sólido por intercambio de calor con un medio de intercambio de calor, en donde el efecto combinado de presión y calor liberan agua y otro líquido y/o compuestos gaseosos del material sólido, estando parte del agua liberada en una fase gaseosa y parte del agua en una fase líquida; (d) descarga del gas de la cama empacada por medio de al menos una salida de gas en la vasija contenedora; y (e) descarga de líquido de la cama empacada por medio de una salida de líquido en la vasija contenedora localizada por debajo de la salida de gas.
