Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso paraelaborar una composición sintética para barra detergente para lavandería que comprende los pasos de: a) formar una mezcla que contiene un surfactante detergente sintético aniónico neutralizado, seleccionado del grupo consistente de sulfato de alquilo, sulfonato lineal de alquilo benceno y mezclas de ellos, un fosfato generador de detergencia, sal de calcio, material silíceo y opcionalmente otros ingredientes; donde la sal de calcio y el material silíceo forman un complejo in situ; y donde el fosfato generador de detergencia es adicionado después de la adición de la sal de calcio y del material silíceo; y b) formar barras; donde la composición en barra contiene al menos 60% del surfactante detergente aniónico sintético en la composición final de la barra.
