Abstract
Un compuesto de Fórmula I:en la que: R1 es un anillo aromático; o un anillo heteroaromático que comprende de 1 a 4 heteroátomos seleccionados, independientemente, del grupo formado por N, O y S; R2 y R3 , independientemente, son H, alquilo C1 -C8 , arilo, aril-alquilo C1 -C8 o heteroarilo; R4 es un anillo aromático; un anillo heteroaromático que comprende de 1 a 4 heteroátomos seleccionados, independientemente, del grupo formado por N, O y S; o una amina; yW es seleccionada de N ó CH; X es seleccionado de N, S u O; y Y es seleccionado de N ó CH. siempre que al menos uno de W, X e Y sea un heteroátomo; y, además, siempre que: a) cuando W es N, X es O e Y es CH, R4 no sea Ph; y b) cuando R4 es piridinilo, R1 no sea tiazolilo sustituido con CO2 R´; y sus sales, hidratos y solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptables.A compound of Formula I: wherein: R1 is an aromatic ring; or a heteroaromatic ring comprising from 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected, independently, from the group consisting of N, O and S; R2 and R3, independently, are H, C1-C8 alkyl, aryl, aryl-C1-C8 alkyl, or heteroaryl; R4 is an aromatic ring; a heteroaromatic ring comprising 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected, independently, from the group consisting of N, O, and S; or an amine; yW is selected from N or CH; X is selected from N, S, or O; and Y is selected from N or CH. provided that at least one of W, X and Y is a heteroatom; and, furthermore, provided that: a) when W is N, X is O and Y is CH, R4 is not Ph; and b) when R4 is pyridinyl, R1 is not thiazolyl substituted with CO2 R '; and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and solvates.
