Abstract

Se provee un proceso corregido para la preparación fermentativa deácido clavulánico en el cual se controla el nivel de fosfato libre en el medio de fermentación al comienzo de la fermentación y/o durante la fermentación.El proceso se caracteriza porque comprende una fermentación por lotes con una concentración inicial de fosfato de 0.5 - 2,5 g/l.El proceso o método de la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque comprende una fermentación continua en la cual el nivel de fosfato durante la fermentación se mantiene entre 0.1 y 1.2 g/l.
