Abstract

Un mecanismo para operar una válvula colocada en una perforaciónque comprende:1a- una tubería que tiene una barrena;1b- un pistón acoplado en forma operable a la válvula; el pistón se puede mover de una primer posición a una segunda posición por una presión predeterminada aplicada del fluido de barrena de la tubería; y 1c- un mecanismo contador acoplado al pistón para impedir el movimiento del pistón a la segunda hasta cuando se haya aplicado un primer número de veces la presión de fluido predeterminada; el pistón se engancha a la válvula en la segunda posición.1Una válvula de aislamiento de formación que comprende:15a- una válvula;15b- un casco que tiene una barrena;15c- un pistón contenido en el casco y acoplado en forma operable a la válvula; el pistón está adaptado a un ciclo entre una primera posición y una segunda posición en respuesta a la aplicación y retiro de una presión predeterminada aplicada del fluido en la barrena del casco; y15d- un mecanismo contador acoplado al pistón, que incluye una camisa que tiene una porción sobresaliente que impide el movimiento del pistón a una tercera posición; la camisa puede rotar con respecto al pistón en respuesta a cada ciclo del pistón, donde luego de un número de ciclos del pistón, la porción sobresaliente de la camisa pasa a una localización que permite que el pistón se mueva a una tercera posición para que se enganche a la válvula.
